1 simple change = 40% more revenue
Recently I’ve been summarizing one of the new strategies for one of the brands we work with.
In just 1 month, we took their pop-up conversion rate from 10% to 34.7%.
Yes, you read that right - 34.7%.

On top of that our lead to sale ratio also increased by by 20%.
So not only we were getting 3x more people to join our email list but these people were 20% more likely convert than before.
These changes have improved the welcome flow’s revenue by 40% - from $52k/mo to $71k/mo.
The only thing we changed was their pop-up.
To be more specific, we moved their pop-up provider from Klaviyo to Alia.
