3x $1,000,000/Month

Hey, it’s Konrad here.

I know I’ve been quiet for the last few weeks.

And I don’t like making excuses.

BUT…

This one is an exception since all my focus was on just one thing:

Getting the best client results possible.

We’ve executed BFCM for over 30 brands and helped them hit record months.

3 of them even hit their first $1,000,000 month revenue while also making more net profit than ever.

Just look at this:

The other 2 brands did 55% and 42% of their total revenue from email.

I won’t be breaking everything in this email cause it’d be too long - I’ll be posting a video on my YouTube channel so stay tuned.

But before I finish this excuse email, I wanted to share a few quick lessons and how we’re scaling our clients even more in December and most importantly in January:

  • Ad costs went through the roof during the BFCM weekend so email was the main driver of profit.

  • Sending more emails helped us make more sales but sending better emails helped even more.

  • December/January is NOT a “cool off” period. In fact, we’re aiming to bring in more revenue and profit in January than we did in November.

  • With all the AI slop going on, focusing on copy, customer pain points and awareness stages is more important than ever.

  • Even though email is considered a “retention channel”, we generated tons of revenue from non-buyers subscribers which decreases overall new customer acquisition cost.

The most important takeaway from this email is to keep full throttle in December and in January.

This year we did the same and all of our clients were grateful for doing so.

There’s way less brands competing on Meta and in inboxes so all you have to do is do more volume, send better emails and you’ll be drowning in profit in January (if you do everything correctly of course).
