4 Must Have Flows In 2025

Hey there,

It’s Konrad from DTC Inbox.

Ecommerce is getting more and more competitive every day and it won’t change.

But what can change is how you operate your brand and if you’re trying new things that can make you more money.

One of those things is your email marketing and to be more specific - your email flows.

You see, you should have at least 8-9 flows set up within your account.

That’s the ideal case scenario that helps you maximize your revenue.

But the bare minimum is having 4 core flows:

  • Welcome Flow.

  • Abandoned Cart.

  • Abandoned Checkout.

  • Post Purchase.

They’ll be responsible for the majority of your email flows revenue.

Think of them as implementing the 80/20 rule.

Once you have them set up keep A/B testing.

I will have a video on running a/b tests cause most of the time you’ll hear about stuff that doesn’t matter.

Here’s a list of A/B tests that actually drive incremental improvement:

  • Subject lines (how you pre-frame the email).

  • Time delay (how quickly subscribers are converted).

  • Offers (what converts better).

  • Formats (design vs. plain-text).

  • Angles (ideally try some top-performing campaigns).

  • Order of the emails (send email #5 as your #2 one).

That should be your focus above trying some weird gimmicks or tricks.

If you want to see how to set up the flows I just mentioned, check out this new YT video.
