We started working together in October 2023 and their total monthly revenue in June 2023 was $75k and $18k from emails:

Here’s what made it possible:

1. They had a great product + product market fit. That itself is the biggest factor contributing to this success.

2. They partnered up with lots of influencers and niche-known celebrities.

3. They hired me and my team and fully trusted us with emails & SMS.

On the surface level, we didn’t do anything extraordinary - just core flows, 3-4 campaigns a week and optimized pop-up.

But in reality:

• We’ve tested like 5 pop-up + welcome flow offers.

• Kept a/b testing flows with offers for cross/up-sell to boost their cashflow within 30 days after the order.

• Tried dozens (if not hundreds) of campaign ideas just to find 4-6 top performing angles we repeat each month.

• Prepared 10s of copy and design drafts to find the approach that fully aligns with the brand and also their subscribers.

• Built their SMS channel from scratch to a point where it generates $40-60k each month.
