It's Konrad here.
Recently I did a welcome email revamp for a fitness brand selling gym equipment.
Let me show you what I changed and why.
Before & After:

What changed?
More optimized “above the fold” section.
Bigger buttons.
On-brand copy rather than generic “you’ll get updates, sales, etc.”.
Added a photo of a person using the product.
Optimized footer with collection links + USP icons.
These might seem like small changes but trust me - once these add up, the difference in click rate and conversion rate is day and night.
