Get Only 5-Star Reviews

Hey, it’s Konrad here.

Recently we helped our client increase their Trustpilot page score from 2.9 to 4.4 in 2 months.

In his case, customers would research them quite a lot before making a purchase.

And as you can image, 2.9 score out of 5 doesn’t build too much trust…

But getting the score so high wouldn’t be possible if they collected reviews the right way.

As you think about it - people are more likely to leave a negative review rather than a positive one.

What we did for them was introducing in-email surveys rather than asking to leave a review right away.

We used a concept called NPS - Net Promoter Score.

Basically we ask people to click 1-10 inside the email and only those who rated us 8-10 will see the Trustpilot page.

Everyone else that rated 1-7, will be sent to a feedback form.

Then we do follow up for both groups so we can collect more good reviews and more feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

It filters out unsatisfied customers but also asks for their feedback making them feel understood and taken care of.

All while getting positive reviews only from satisfied customers.

If you want more positive reviews for your brand - whether it’s on your product page, Facebook page or a Trustpilot page, this system is a game changer.

Cheers,
Konrad
