How To Scale With Email In Q4

Q4 has officially started.
Let’s dive into how you can make the most out of it.
Get Your Foundations Right
Let’s start with what you should have already done.
By now, your deliverability should be rock-solid - that’s because you want to land in the primary tab and not spam.
Your pop-up should also be optimized as you’ll have a huge traffic spike and you should convert as many new visitors into email subscribers as possible.

Send More Emails
If someone asked me for just one tip on how to make money this Q4, I’d immediately say, “Send more emails.”
Because it’s true.
You’re not the only one taking advantage of Q4 - every brand will start sending more emails.
And you can’t be left behind.
Aside from sending more campaigns, you should also expand your segments.
For example, if you’re sending to the 60 segments that are engaged, make it engaged 90, 120, and then 180 over your next couple of sends.
Monitor the open rate to make sure your deliverability stays on point.
Action tip: start slowly ramping up your campaign sending frequency each week starting today.
Break The Pattern
Sending more emails doesn’t mean sending more boring emails.
Each and every email should be different - otherwise it won’t matter that you send more.
Anytime someone opens an email, they can’t think “I think I might have seen it somewhere before”.
On top of sending more, make sure you introduce variety between these emails - different designs, plain-text emails and switch up your lead colors.
If your subscribers get to getting great emails, they’ll be waiting to receive and open them.
And that will help you tremendously during busy periods like BFCM cause people will know your brand’s name.
