You'll look at this and think that it's just another Klaviyo screenshot.

What you don't see is this brand growing 89% YoY.

To you, these are just meaningless numbers on the screen.

To them, it's money in their bank account that they can spend on inventory, on ads or even on a lambo if they want to.

All because one day they've had enough.

They were done being stuck at $100k/mo…

They were done relying on discounts to grow…

And they were done having low profit margin…

They understood that instead of competing on product, they need to compete on positioning and brand building.

But here's the thing - it's hard to build a brand with a mediocre email setup.

I mean if you have a friend that you talk to daily, your relationship will be better than someone who you talk to maybe 2 times a week.

So this brand started working with us and we developed "industry leader" positioning.

That includes 4-5 campaigns sent every single week. Each with different content so we prevent burning out the audience:

Email #1 - product focus - features, outcomes, benefits, USPs, reviews, you name it.

Email #2 - infotainment - usually promoting a Reel or another entertaining campaign.

Email #3 - weekly value emails. Think of these as in-email blog posts. Hardly any selling at all.

Email #4 - product focus V2 - same as #1 but different angles.

Email #5 - founder email - stories, tips, updates, announcements.

The result?

$100k/mo -> $500k/mo

But that in itself isn't that impressive.

What's most impressive is that their profit margin improved as well.

Same as their AOV, LTV and retention rate.

This 5-email weekly cadence was their breakthrough that unlocked new revenue and allowed them to scale further.
