It’s 2026 - if you run an ecom brand and don’t have your core flows live, you’re leaving thousands of dollars on the table.
But same is true when you have some basic flows that don’t follow any strategy or best practices.
And let me tell you, these best practices today are completely different than what they were 5, 3, even 1 year ago.
For example - I remember in 2023 where everyone would have at least 10-15 emails in the welcome flow with 3-5 days time delay between each email.
Now?
That flow would probably have only first 2 or 3 emails generate 99% of the revenue cause subscribers usually convert within the first 48 hours and then 7 days.
