Q4 is officially here
Hey, it’s Konrad here.
And to be honest I’m more excited than ever.
Q4 and BFCM is something that always gives me so much energy because there’s so much happening.
I personally like operating in a chaos state and easily get things done (even faster than normally).
But the truth is that even if you’re like me, you should start planning your Black Friday now.
We’ve already started doing it for our clients because trust me - it’s better to be prepared than to miss out on the biggest opportunity of the year.
When Black Friday comes and you wake up a few days before that you don’t have the strategy, the creatives, the emails - you’ll regret it.
To help you with planning, here’s a rough calendar that I think will be more than enough (unless you’re doing 8-figures and above):

Overall we’ll be sending 14 emails and 8 SMS campaigns during these 6 days.
3 emails per day schedule - morning, afternoon and evening send.
2 emails per day schedule - morning and evening send.
This way, you will stand out from your competition that does 1 email per day and thinks they’re all set.
It might seem like a lot but when the time comes, you’ll find out why this is the bare minimum you have to do.
