Tariffs are becoming a real thing and that means ecommerce as a whole is going to get way harder.
You’ll either have to increase your prices or let them eat into your margins.
Both of these aren’t an ideal outcome but it doesn’t mean ecommerce is over and people will stop buying.
It means that your operations and backend have to get better than ever.
Have better pre-purchase flows to convert more cold traffic into customers and decrease your CAC.
Focus your post-purchase flows on getting customers to buy again asap to improve your short-term cash flow.
Approach campaigns strategically & increase your frequency to maximize total revenue and not revenue per recipient.
If you don’t have all of these, you will get left behind and competitors will just take over your market share.
